Our rubber granules produced by way of crushing pass through several stages, where they are purified from metal cord and textile. Size of granulate is duly segmented.

Source material

Rubber granules produced by VVV Recycling are made from used lorry tyres with minimum content of textile. After our purification granules are suitable for use in various areas of production.

Application

Because of the high quality our rubber granules are suitable for use in various areas. Production of rubber tiles, pavement of playgrounds, filling of artificial cover of football fields, admixtures to asphalt – bitumen mixtures, - these are only few of examples of use of granules.

Fractions of rubber granules

Crumb rubber, fraction 2-4mm

  • Purification: up to 99,9%
  • Packaging: Big-bag

Rubber granules with fraction 2 – 4 mm – the most common fraction of granules. Used for production of rubber tiles, pavement rolls, seamless cover of play and sport grounds. Also suitable as a filler for sports inventory.

Crumb rubber, fraction 0.8-2mm

  • Fraction: 0.8-2mm
  • Purification: up to 99,9%
  • Packaging: Big-bag

Rubber granules with fraction 0.8 – 2 mm are used in production of rubber tiles, cover rolls, as well as to fill football fields with artificial grass cover.

Rubber granules with fraction 0.01 – 0.8 mm. Such fraction of granule is used in production of asphalt-concrete modificators, rubber – technical products, car tyres, anti-corrosive mastic.
